About Us
The MEDspa at Premier Care is in its fifth year of business and is run by Dr. Tim Kruse and his professional staff.
The MEDspa was recently awarded Allergan’s highest level of recognition for Botox and Juvederm cosmetic procedures. Allergan’s Platinum Award is given only to the top 2% of medical practices in the United Stated for demonstrated expertise and volume of Botox and cosmetic filler procedures. This designation by Allergan (the maker of Botox Cosmetic) makes the MEDspa at Premier Care the preferred provider in the Roaring Fork and Aspen area.
Timothy Kruse, M.D.
After working for several years in a large, local, group practice, Dr. Kruse founded Premier Care. “We are committed to our patient’s wellness. We want our clients to feel and look their best”.
Dr. Kruse is board certified in Family Medicine and earned his doctorate at the University of Colorado Health Sciences Center.
He has extensive “post-doc” training and experience in Aesthetic Medicine and Anti-Aging Medicine. Additionally, he has served as Chairman of the Department of Medicine for Valley View Hospital as well as serving on the Medical Executive Committee and Medical Care Evaluation Committee.
Erika Smiddy, Nutrition and Dietician, Laser Technician
Erika has recently joined Premier Care as our on-site dietician and nutritionist. She received a Bachelor of Science in Dietetics from the University of Northern Colorado and has been working in the Aspen valley as a nutritionist for the past thirteen years. She has also worked with Chris Carmichael doing sport nutrition for elite atheletes at the Aspen Club and Spa.
